School Events
Kukerin Primary School enjoys bringing parents, family and community together at each assembly. Two assemblies are held each term, excluding Term 4 when only one assembly is held due to students preparing for the End of Year Concert and Presentation Night.
Kukerin Primary School prides itself on student involvement at each assembly. Students lead the assembly by welcoming everyone, presenting classroom reports and reading and presenting certificates to fellow students with little to no assistance from staff.
In addition to student Merit Certificates, an Aussie of the Month award is also presented to a student who fulfills the duties of mateship and kindness to their peers.

Following each assembly parents and relatives are invited to participate in open classrooms. Where by all classrooms are open to parents/relatives to view their child's latest work and an opportunity for parents to talk directly with teachers.
The End of Year Presentation Night provides an opportunity for the wider community to attend and celebrate another successful and exciting year of education in our small but strong town.
There are many special awards presented including the announcement of School Captains for the following year.
